Does anyone know where I can download the best freeware versions of MASM32 Debuggers so that I can debug my MASM32 Version 9, 32 bit programs?

You won't find anything better than OllyDbg. It may take a while to get the hang of it, but it's much better than any other debugger I've ever used.

OllyDbg 2.0 is coming soon which will be even better.

Does anyone know any best shareware MASM32 Version Debuggers?

IDA is a very decent commercial debugger/dissassembler.
Also has a numbers of useful plugins.

However, it's not cheap :bg

OllyDbg is very good, but I prefer to use Visual C++ for debugging, the Express Edition works great and is free. I prefer it to WinDbg too, which is also free.
