Bitmap Splash screen

This is an impementation of the 'custom window shape' by MOB [in masm examples]
This splash screen uses a bitmap resource number and a timeout value. The dimentions
are taken from the bitmap. The transparancy is taken from pixel 0,0.
I'm having great fun going over old projects and making an 'apt' splash for them!
