anyone has kernal32.lib and kernal32.inc... please i need these two files.

If you have MASM32 then you already have them, they are in the /masm32/include and /masm32/lib folders respectively.

They're standard as part of the masm32 package.

By the way, it's "kernel32" (never heard of "kernal"  :P)

i have masm611 and dont have these files there.

It sounds like you have MASM and not MASM32. The files you are looking for are in MASM32. Get it here:
