Vista DLL Calls

How do I create an import library to call the new DLL calls in vista (TaskDialog)/ I've googled a bit but I think I'm using the wrong search terms...

You can use Pelle's librarian polib.exe to create import libraries. This is tool is also a component of the Masm32 project.
