I a bit confused on how to add a language

I have

C:\RADASM installed
I unzipped the
HighLevel.zip  put files that were in addins in the c:\radasm\addins directory and all the other files in c:\radasm
I unstalled  HLA to c:\hla
I also Have masm32 installed in c:\masm32

In Options I added fhla.ini from the c:\radasm directory

opened a new project selected fhla as assembler in drop down box

Selected a console templet

Try to build I get

Error during process creation porc "test.rc"

I must be missing alot because I don't see any step by step to get this thing up and running.

The set paths "Paths Setup" is not making any sense to me Binary ($B): ??? I quite lost at this point and need help.
