Masm32 TAPI sample code

Hi every body,
This post's attachement is MASM32 version of TAPI sample code of "Michael C. Amundsen"'s good book - "Mapi, Sapi, and Tapi: Developer's Guide", that I converted it from C to MASM32. Include Sample code and TAPI.inc.

I take it you can't use tapi to make phone calls from any internet type like cable?

No,
You must use VOIP for it.
