HLA v1.95 is now available

Hi All,
HLA v1.95 is now available on Webster at
http://webster.cs.ucr.edu/AsmTools/HLA/dnld.html

This is a quick maintenance release that fixes a couple of defects with respect to sections that have turned up. This version fixes the problems with HLA v1.93 and v1.94 that left the product broken. This version also improves the ability to use statement composition with various memory operands.
