small bug in radedit.dll

when the line lenght is greater of 374 characters, sb_thumbtrack/sb_thumbposition does not advance but, only it is possible to be advanced with sb_lineright.

suggestion, if you do not want to calculate the thumbtrack's width in function of the largest's line (processing all the file), beam that limits is greater, for example 512 or 1024.
