Flowchart drawer

Does anybody have any good recommendations for  good apps to draw flow charts with? By good I mean cheap or free.  :lol  I don't need a lot of fancy features, just something basic and easy to use.

You might try DIA, an open source flowchat program. I haven't used it extensivly, but playing with it seemed fairly easy.

I just finished downloading DIA. It looks promising I'll give it a whirl and see if it is something I can use. :thumbu
