Service Pack 2 for masm32 version 9.0

This service pack must be installed manually as there is no safe way to autmatically install it with the range of different configurations that different people use.

Unzip it into a seperate directory, read the README.TXT file which explains how and where files are copied to and make sure you build the library correctly.

What New ?

Many of the modules in the library have been optimised by removing the stack frame and timing different code optimisation techniques.
The latest version of QE with improved multi-document support, a new escapes method for search and replace, finer and more accurate indenting of code etc etc ....
An errata in the macros.asm file and a supporting library module fixed thanks to "vid" for reporting it.
An additional example for shuffling lines of text and the source code for the "maketbl.exe" utility.
Updated help files for QE, MASMLIB and the script engine SE which is also included along with support itilities and a couple of scripts.
