I can't download anything from the forum

Many members have attachments in their posts, but I can't seem to be able to download them - if I click the little paper clip icon nothing happens, except Internet Explorer says something like (for example, if I click the winc133.zip link in the Windows.inc forum):

Opening page http://www.masm32.com/board/index.php?action=dlattach;topic=5408.0;id=2745...

... and it stays like that without doing anything. Is it just being slow? Or do I need to modify some IE settings to get it to work?

I use Firefox and have no problem downloading the attachment.
Maybe you have some strange settings or it might be the case, that some Internet Security software blocks something which is usually the case with Norton stuff.

Check your settings.

I use IE and I have no problems downloading attachments. There is a security setting in IE that affects this (Downloads/File download) but if it were set to disabled then IE should display a message telling you that your security settings prohibit this activity. Are the buttons in the File Download dialog not functional?
