GoRC 0.90.2 release

There is a new version of GoRC (0.90.2) available from here.

This corrects two small matters notified to me by users:-
1. A padding problem when SS_BITMAP is used causing the file not to compile properly sometimes.
2. In a DIALOGEX, FONT can now take five parameters and not just four (the fifth being the character set).
