Better IDE/Visual Assembler Interface??

Download the masm32 package, it has a lot of examples.

like winsock, usb or device interfacing/API, directx?, opengl ... ::)

• Thomas Bleeker's page - http://www.madwizard.org/ - good for the basics, but he hasn't written the final tutorials - never-the-less theres enough there for you to be able to work out how to do the more advanced stuff (e.g. async socks using completion prts)

usb or device interfacing/API

• If we're talking drivers for direct device interfacing, then you'll need either VxD or KMD tutorials depending on which windows version you're writing for (VxD - 95, 98, ME? --- KMD - XP, 2000)
• VxD tutorials are on Iczelions page - http://win32assembly.online.fr/tutorials.html
• KMD tutorial on the website here - http://www.website.masmforum.com/tutorials/kmdtute/index.html
• If just general IO through the API, it really depends what you want to interface with... but I don't know of any good ASM tuts for this - just search the forums

• Scronty's site - http://www.scrontsoft.com/ - not up to date, as he's still using DX8, but its pretty much the same for DX9 although you'll need to get the newer inc and lib files
• For the basics of older DX versions, take a look at the ASM tutorials on gamedev.net - http://www.gamedev.net/reference/list.asp?categoryid=20#201

In general, its best to decide what you want to do and then try... if you get stuck, just ask here for help.

I have not enougth used the others IDEs but RADASM yes. It is very good, very simple. What is there to configure ! What is there difficult with RADASM. The English version is perfect. I don't like the French version. But RadAsm is very GOOOOD.
