Goods, people

I wanna know about interrupts (or have information about those interrupts) for reading information in Win 2000/XP like the next

(if you give me links to that kind of information it would be a easier life for everybody).

Specific things I want to know are :
- the beginning/ending "global" number of cluster and track of files,
- the beginning/ending "global" number of cluster and track of folders
- the size in clusters of files
- the volume serial number
- the size in clusters and tracks of a hard disk, etc

Thanks in advance
