SP2 installation

I decided to install the SP2. Followed the instructions and decided to go from FAT32 to NTFS since it makes better use of disk space. That went well. (Though it took a very long time)
It got to the point of installing the setup files to the hard drive. But it never installs the OS. Maybe I am making the wrong pick. It offers Recovery Console, and  a couple of others.
