Strange icons

The strange icons appear next to files in project explorer when you add files to SourceSafe.

It seem like you are still running a bugtest version with a faulty imagelist.
You should download the released version from my website.

If you mean SourceSafe.dll, I use the last one from the last package. The dll is from 05 Jun 2006 version 1.0.0.6.
I've just downloade the package again and checked - this is the same dll.
