com component with events (rich edit com component)

this is very simple demo "rich edit COM component"
the methods and properties work well and respect the OLE/COM standards
but the events defined and implemented here break the OLE/COM standrads (i am new in COM world, i had read the msdn and i had tried to write a com object with events )
please check the source code and tell me what is wrong
