How to convert help files of 16 bit pwb masm to windows help file

Hello every body,
                           I am new to this forum,Can anybody Please help me convert the DOS based PWB MASM's help files into windows
help file format?.Because the PWB's help is very musch powerfull,it has everything from opcode,instruction,macros,assembler/linker
command line,DOS interrupt details....etc.
                        Or if one exist on the net already then please give me the link.

Hi proton,

Welcome on board. To split the old help format you need a utility that came with old versions of masm called HELPMAKE. That will give it to you in plain text format and you then write your own Winhelp file in RTF in something like WORD. I have attached the version from the 1993 MASM for you. Run it to get the command line data you need.
