Dates difference

Hi!
Does anybody know way to find difference between two dates?
The dates are in SYSTEMTIME format.
Something like VB DateDiff function.

SystemTimeToFileTime()
FileTimeToSystemTime()

FILETIME structures are 64bits numbers so if you want to get a difference do some 64bits arithmetic.

And eventually CompareFileTime().
