New testbed and QE template

I regularly use the existing script for testing algos but from time to time I have needed a bigger one that will handle more tests. The attached zip file has the QE script and a tst exe built with that script.

Installation is very easy, copy te QE script into the MASM32 directory and then open QE from the MASM32 directory. Select "Edit Menus" from te Edit menu, work out were you want to put the script on your menus and type in the name you want to show on the menu, "Large Testbed" or similar and use the Get File button to find the script file and insert its name in the menu settings.

Click Save and the script is ready to roll.
