Convert Mpeg to Screen Saver

Anyone know of any good software to convert a mpg movie to a screen saver? I've seen a number of programs on the internet , but don't know which to choose. I need something that can convert the movie file to a .scr file that can be transfered and installed on a number of computers ( my brother was given a .mpg movie to use as a screen saver on a number of computers at his work ). Thanks for any input.

.scr is just a renamed .exe that's suitable for executing as a screensaver.
So, it shouldn't be too much work to create a basic screensaver that plays a given mpeg file fullscreen once invoked.
