Gloom and a ringing phone (1k effect)

I did a new 1k effect available here:

This one uses the latest directX redistribuable files:

and in particular the new d3dx dll which permit to handles matrices & some other things externally allowing to cram more stuff in the file itself (i could even add some primitive sound).

For those who don't want or can't download the 30megs archive, the dll is also available here:

The fx may crashes during exit but that's not really important.

I tried the application bydownloading just the DLL and it crashed on my XP SP2 machine.  I am going to go get the entire package now and test it again.

Ah, i forgot: you need a descent gfx card aswell.
