> My point is quite clear and most people knows what a good fight is.

The Taliban would agree with you. So would Idi Amin, The Red Brigade, Al Queda, they all know what the good fight is. Your problem in trying to assert one flavour over another is the classical moral dilemma, ethics, morals and judgements of good and bad are all part of a balloon of bullsh*t held together by imagination, to put it in slightly more technical terms, you are trying to shift from what "ought" to be to what is but there is no viable connecting mechanism.

Fortunately the major countries of the world have utilised a much more practical method of constructing law, foreign relations and so on, it is mainly "utilitarian" and is based around how the world works, not fits of pure moralistic imagination.

Well both sides (or more nowdays) are fighting different types of wars.
The Taliban and Al Quaeda are using their 'hit and run' tactics (commonly referred as 'terrorism', by the Brits during the '2nd' Boer war), which are very effective against a superior force. The US (and Brits) seemingly not having learnt a single lesson from the Russian's Afghanistan experience are simply getting their ass's kicked... err!! once again.

If anything the Taliban and AL Quaeda are more effective and efficient wrt logistics and efficiency than the US/UK war machine combined. There are good lessons to be learnt here.
Obama's Seal attack might be an indicator that the US are waking up - which is good for the west as we don't want a bunch of dummies over there  :green2

It's not a matter of logistics and efficiency, it's that the US/UK, like the Russians before them, are unwilling to do what would be necessary to subdue Afghanistan.
