Hi ,

A while  back  I posted a question in the openGL forum ( I since deleted it, realized it was not an openGL topic)

I thought it was wavering text LOL ....

I saw a lot of examples in delphi .... I wanted to replicate the text effect here:

I since learned that it is called NervousText  and I found the source all the delphi examples use (see attached)
can this be converted to MASM? 
what is a .d16 and a .d32 file ?

any thoughts ?
