with the Bassmod.dll that you need for converting MP3 to wav and such , I noticed that if you have one version of Bassmod.dll from one app registered and another it could crash......

anyways it was just an idea, to have it run all contained in on exe, also if you  intend on having many extras with your app, than an installer should definitely be used ....
