Downside of Macrium Reflect

I accuse them of false advertising. If it's free then it should backup and RESTORE.
This however is not the case. I had a recent crisis and the backup simply did not work.
Being the cheepskate that I am, I did not pay for the program as it stated that it was FREE.
BYEBYE Macrium Reflect.
I'm back to Clonezilla-Live and it works both ways. It has an added feature since the last time I used it.
It will now verify your backup. I find this very assuring as now I know the restore will work.
Alas nothing is ever easy.....
