linking external proc call

I am having trouble linking calls to external proc from my mainline. The linker recogniizes the object file put there is no jmp generated to the proc.

we have no idea how to help you   :P

we don't know what the code looks like, or what the external function is
... or what the assemble and link command lines are

of course, we can always take guesses...
