Ok , I found this example which I posted here :

It is in TASM and it is of a "Fire" effect... I'd like to make with an  rsrc.rc in MASM ....
I understand that it is 16bit

But than I found this example which seems to me to be "Ripped" from an .exe

*** DO NOT use/promote/present code that is "ripped" from other executables

can anybody understand this code and simplify it??

It is beyond my understanding level right now

Fire effect is easy to learn an understand... What efforts have you done until now?
