When you compose a message in this forum the type is so small that old guys can hardly
see it. Then when you spell check the type is a size that even I can read.
How to fix or is there something that I am missing,

With Firefox, pressing Control Numpad + repeatedly helps a lot.

there are other ways, i think
i think you can change the font size
so long as the post was written without any font or font size specified, it uses the user default

Use Opera, it got a zoom view on the bottom-left corner.

For k-meleon it is view then zoom in that menu.

Got this answer from K-meleon.
Hit Cntrl ++. That works on my computer.
Cntl plus mouse wheel did not work.
So I'm happy. Can read what I write now
