Board is an ABMZN-LA and I think it will hold a 64 Bit C.P.U.

The power button connector is from an older ATX case, but the connections don't match exactly.

There were 2 jumpers on the left side connection of this connection that are used to clear the CMOS.

Is it safe to connect up ?

Have a great day,

i would try to get the pinout definitions for the old board and the new board and compare them
if you play a guessing game, you are likely to fry something

I checked on the pinouts and this is one of those situations where there is an
empty space in the literature.

H.P. leaves out many important details  and they even put their sticker over the original M.B. manufacturer

I will break out the multimeter and see what is going where.

If what I suspecit may be the case, I can trim off part of the connector that is not needed.

I don't have the dough for a 64 bit C.P.U. right now, but it never hurts to be ready.

P.S. I found a 800 watt microwave oven in the apartment refuse container.

Worked fine, but I took it outside to terminate the 4 legged German roaches and their progeny.
I used straight ammonia and some elbow grease.

Have a great day,
