Sloppiness leads to power supply failure

I was careless and did not tape up some exposed wires for one of my power leads that I was using to run a
fan in a computer.

Red wire met black wire.  :tdown

Computer shut down immediately.

Hope I didn't toast the whole computer.

The P.S. is a Liteon Model # PS-6161-2H1 that puts out 188 watts.

I have another good 250 Watt power supply but it doesn't have one connection that powers the
power supply fan and it is also a little bigger.
