New Language Request - PHP / PHPBB / UMIL

Hi, i was playing around with creating a language file for php which would additionally contain keywords/functions from phpbb and UMIL (automated installer for phpbb mods).

So far i have created the phpbb.ini file (which is attached to the post) and contains the keywords. At the moment it doesnt seem to work - i took the html one as a starting point. I was looking to include a way to autoindent and add braces {} for if else endif etc and to add in a block for comments. If someone has time and is familiar with the workings of the programming language ini file for radasm, could you point out any obvious errors i have made. I did notice .dlls for parsing for cpp and sol and few others from looking at their ini files, do a require a custom .dll for the php stuff to be parsed as well?
