Error when I try to open Qeditor

I get these error screens when I try to open Qeditor using XP Home Edition.

I left out that it only occurs while logged in as a Limited User.

Forget limited user with QE. It must have disk read and write access.

It worked fine when I was using XP Pro.
Maybe it's a Home Edition limitation.

Until I have more time to investigate, I'll run it as an admin.
