Man, vacation sure has given me plenty of time to update my software.  :bg
The date of my last version floating around is from 2003 so it was time to update this tool.

Well, here is what this little gem can do now...
Display descriptions for the following error types:
Win32 (Dec, Hex, Signed)
HRESULTS
NTSTATUS codes
STOP codes
