dbgwin.exe

Hiya, I'm new at all this win32asm lark but find it quite fascinating, but I was wondering, how do I use dbgwin.exe in the lib dir of GoASM?  I can use the macros to output to the radasm output window, but I'm wondering what dbgwin.exe is for?
