Need to know how to set it up to use MASM.

it looks like Ketil uses the general IDE Development and Support sub-forum

you can use Advanced search to limit responses to that sub-forum
and list results in order of most recent first
that should get you Keil's latest post on the subject
just pop a question in that thread - he is pretty good about responding
