Cant write a string into the Title Bar

Please help.I`m trying to make a timer.There`s no problem with writing on a Client Area:
invoke GetDC,hWnd
mov hdc,eax                 
invoke TextOut,hdc,0,0,addr Text,9       
invoke ReleaseDC,hWnd,hdc

Everything`s OK with writing on the display:
invoke GetDC,NULL
mov hdc,eax                 
invoke TextOut,hdc,0,0,addr Text,9       
invoke ReleaseDC,hWnd,hdc

But I subj:
invoke GetWindowDC,NULL
mov hdc,eax                 
invoke TextOut,hdc,0,0,addr Text,9       
invoke ReleaseDC,hWnd,hdc
