Hardcode .jpg into .exe

For this:

2000 RCDATA  "\masm32\examples\exampl07\car\car.jpg"

FindResource, SizeofResource, LoadResource, LockResource, etc work OK, but assuming that the goal is to display the JPG you still need a way to convert it to a bitmap.
