Do you mean you cannot download latest version by clicking the links specified in this forum? They work fine to me and, as far as I know, to everybody (both, Firefox and Internet Explorer). Please try again:

Sorry.. no go... on both accounts.
I think it might be something to do with my location that the download sites do not like.. :eek

Or they don't like download managers.

Other useful diagnostic information like the Browser and Location would be helpful.

As clive says, maybe they don't like download managers. Try to download it with Firefox (and no download manager).
