QueueUserWorkItem

Hello,

In my program I have created a queue (FIFO).
I would like that this queue is to be treating by one or more thread while the rest of the program makes other things.
In the MSDN I have found the QueueUserWorkItem function but I don't understand how it works.
Can someone help me ?

The queue in the program contains pointers to valids numbers of newsgroups messages to be read.
Each entry in the queue has one or more messages numbers.
Each thread would have to get a message and to analyze it.
If it finds a valid file name it creates an other queue that will be analyzed by others threads.

I thought that QueueUserWorkItem when creating a polling for thread could help me.
Is it right ?
