At viewing one of them vanishes keys of sampling Output window.

Will be fixed in next release.

How to be switched between them using the keyboard?

Ctrl+Tab and Shift+Ctrl+Tab will be added in next release.

I can't seem to get accelerator key F7 to work for Build command in Make menu. I'm able to set F7 as the accelerator key but it does not do anything when i press the key. It used to work fine with earlier versions (last one i used was 2.2.1.1).

I figure it has something to do with Step Into option in the new Debug submenu, it has the same accelerator key F7 which i cannot or don't know how to change.

Yes, F7 is reserved for the internal debugger.
You could disable the RADebug addin.
