Using MasmEd

Structures support has added in new version of  MasmED, how it must be used? For example: I add instance of structure TNtHeader IMAGE_NT_HEADERS <>, but automatic substitution after TNtHeader in the code does not occur.
One more question: why make a separate file for API-function description, if it is possible to go through all includ-files? Is it not easier way?
