RadASM hla console prog?

Good morning!

I`m having a lot of trouble getting RadASM and hla to make the executable 'hello world'.  The only IDE I have worked with before is DevC++ and it gives me a good exe every time I code correctly.  I used the hla installer for that part and it did its job with no complaint.  I read the instructions in Chapter 4 and thought I understood them when they talk about how to set up RadASM with hla but obviously I`m wrong.

Now I get
