where'd you guys learn sse?

Any stupid easy guides out there? or did you just look at intel docs and play around?

haha well the best introductory i've read so far has been http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Streaming_SIMD_Extensions, I like how it breaks some of the instructions into groups. I guess i'll research all 70 instructions individuals and try and play with them.

i got that one from Jochen's documentation on cpuid - i noticed they also had some simd stuff
they list the instructions, but give little info about using them
at least it is a list - lol
if you read the site, they intend to add to it (under construction)
although, i have been looking at that site for a couple months and haven't seen anything different - lol
i know how it is to maintain a site - it tends to get forgotten very easily
