embed bitmap to resource with ResEd

easy question i must be completely missing something. i had initially thought it was with 'image' but that apparently has to go onto a dialog or something. i'm trying to embed the bitmap of my toolbar ^_^

ps. i know the code is 'nameID BITMAP filename' but was just wondering where it was on resed
