I've been using QE 4.0 for some time without any problem. Within the last few days, it lost its autoindent feature!!! :eek

The previous version of QE had a single dialog box to modify settings. One of the items which could be checked or unchecked was the auto indent. None of the multiple dialog boxes for modifying settings in QE 4.0 has an option for autoindent. :(

How can autoindent be reestablished with QE 4.0???

I think he means QuickEditor (a text editor that comes with the Masm32 package).
I don't know where to find the setting, though, as I don't use it myself.

p.s. I just noticed that according to it's "about" dialog, I have 199% free memory...haha

Ray,

Try deleting the configuration file QEINT.BIN and restart QE and see if will configure properly. Also just check if the F9 key toggles it on and off.

Many thanks Hutch. That's the one. Maybe you should add that detail in the help file (unless it's already there and I'm getting blind spots).

I had most probably pressed on that F9 key while using Ollydbg but when the focus may still have been in the QE window for my source code.
