Anchor/Dock on windows form!

I rad about Anchors and Docks on http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/8y52cxte(VS.80).aspx but alla i can find is how you do it in .NET and that's not much of a help so anyone know howto do it in asm with ex. ResEd?
