Dont worry.
In most countries illegal websites are filtered out.
In China you can only access websites that are approved by the authorities.
If you try to access a non approwed website you will be redirected to a default website.

I am not an expert for Chinese authorities, but it does not seem very plausible that the default website is a Japanese Adult Video shop... and why should they stop something as harmless as an assembler site? I'd rather go for a virus scan...

i'm sorry that you have so many trouble reaching this mirror.
I asked a friend of mine in Beijing (capital of China) to access the mirror; he has had no problems and was able to download the latest version of RadASM from this site.
