how to auto-start my app with windows vista?

Hi all,

I wrote an application to play my mp3 and would like to have it to start up automatically when I start windows.
What would be an easy way to do this under Vista? It seemed to be easier with the older operating systems.

Easiest: put a shortcut into the 'Startup' folder.
Harder: add it to the 'run' key in the registry.
