We're not gonna do the whole thing for you.  Take a stab at it yourself, and when you run into a problem, then ask for help.

Sorry, I am new to masm32, I have the delphi code for that and I thougth masm is faster and ligther but I have to rewrite the image library, I thougth its already done.
